Supplements Everyone Should Take
Nutritional supplements can help you look and feel at the top of your game. I have a Basic Plan of supplementation that I recommend to most of my patients, especially those seeking to loose weight. These nutrients will help you maintain great health:
Omega-3 Fatty Acids – for brain health, heart health and quenching inflammation in the body that may surface and show symptoms such as stiff joints or skin problems.
Magnesium – most people are deficient in this essential mineral, and it’s essential for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. Benefits include detoxification & energy production.
Vitamin D3 – for people living in Canada and Northern USA, supplementation with D3 from September – May is essential for the immune system to function well and for bone health.
Ground Flax – most people don’t consume the recommended 25-30g of fiber per day, and ground flax makes it easier to do so!
