Dr. Elizabeth Goldspink, ND is a leader in preventive medicine and founder of Wellex, a science-based supplement company advancing hormonal, metabolic, and immune health for women. With over 16 years of clinical experience, she translates cutting-edge research into practical solutions that support energy, resilience, and long-term well-being.

Dr. Goldspink earned her doctorate from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine and completed training in Mind-Body Medicine at Harvard University under Dr. Herbert Benson, MD. She actively collaborates with physicians, researchers, and leading health institutions to expand the role of preventive and integrative care in modern medicine.
